The Tuesday, March 17th Primary was a success! While we are always proud of primary victories, the work continues in preparation of the November 3rd Election!
The weeks before the primary have been extremely productive. Support continues to grow, even after our March 17th victory.
Recently, we met with a number of local and state union leaders and are proud to announce their support of my candidacy.
I was proud to be a sponsor of the Downers Grove Township Republican Organization Reagan Dinner.
I met with various members of Illinois lobbyists to discuss legislative issues as it pertains to the court system. I also attended a seminar with a group of homeowners in Oak Brook on the importance of independence in the judiciary.
I attended Illinois Fire Safety Council fundraiser in West Chicago and League of Women Voters Elmhurst Candidate forum.
I presented along with County Board Member, Sean Noonan at the Elmhurst Lions Club and spoke to the the Lisle and Roselle Village Board regarding public safety.
I also had the privilege of meeting with Dennise Vaughan of Homewatch Caregivers of Naperville. She is a strong advocate for seniors in DuPage County.
I was thrilled for my colleagues, Monique O’Toole and Richard Felice who were officially installed as Circuit Judges in a wonderful ceremony. Congratulations to them both and I look forward to their victories in November.
On a sad note, the DuPage County Legal Community lost Joe Mirabella, past president of the DCBA and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. His wake displayed all the love that the legal community, his friends, and his loved ones had for Joe. It's also sad to report the passing of another wonderful attorney, Vince Headington. Both of these men will be greatly missed.
Our team will continue to work every day, from now through November 3rd, to make sure victory is achieved in the general election. I have the experience, the temperament, and the compassion required to serve as Circuit Court Judge.
I will continue to update all of you on the state of my campaign! Remember, stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of each other!
