Last week was a busy one for my campaign!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and  I had the opportunity to meet the dedicated employees and board members of Family Shelter Service of Metropolitan Family Services DuPage. Family Shelter Service provides comprehensive services & invaluable resources to families affected by domestic violence in DuPage County.

We are so fortunate to have an outstanding organization devoted to helping & healing victims of domestic violence and I am proud to note I successfully advocated to obtain a $5000 grant from the Illinois Bar Foundation which has been given for the third year in a row to Family Shelter.

On Thursday, I attended the EdCon Conference for Illinois Judges.  I have been selected to present on Damages Seminar in Civil Cases in upcoming Judges School and I greatly enjoyed working with Judge Rena Van Tine of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

My campaign continues to get the word out to DuPage Republicans! I was fortunate to attend the Lisle & Bloomingdale Township Republican Organization meetings to meet with their dedicated Committeemen, and I was proud to receive the endorsement in my race for Circuit Judge by the Addison Township Republican Organization.

On Saturday, I went walking with the DuPage Young Republican’s and attended the CASA of DuPage Gala honoring my former colleague The Honorable Robert Anderson (Retired). Sunday, I spent time with the Wayne Township Republicans at their Annual Hunt Brunch.

This week, I will be celebrating Annakut & New Year with the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. If interested, you can find out more information here.

As a friendly reminder, petitions are due on November 15, 2019.  Thank you all for your signatures, support and otherwise these past two months.
